Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product, contact us within 30 days of receipt. A refund will be arranged excluding freight charges upon inspection. Custom-cut, custom built or special items are excluded uless prior approval is obtained. Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition. BEFORE returning product, call (877) 692-5385 for a Return Merchandise Authorization. I.T.E.M. inc. inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, misused or non-resalable items.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) All returns require an RMA number which must be arranged in advance at (877) 692-5385. Please have the following information on hand when calling:
Customer name
Invoice number
Serial number (if applicable)
Reason for return
Your only obligation is the freight charge and stocking fee where applicable, provided your return is complete with original packaging, all documentation and parts. I.T.E.M. inc. reserves the right to authorize product returns after 30 days have passed from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after this period, it is subject to a 15% restocking fee and credit will be issued toward future purchase only. Leased items are not returnable.

Shipping and Handling
For all returns, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on the returned merchandise and should ship the product using a method that allows the package to be traced. The shipment should also be insured.

Limitations of Liability
In no event shall I.T.E.M. inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Warranty Limitations
Except as specifically set forth herein I.T.E.M. inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and conformity to models or samples. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties so these limitations may not apply to you. The warranties set forth herein give you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight, distance traveled and type of shipping service you specify (ground, next day, second day).

All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point. Shipping method is determined by the size and weight of each item. Items of differing size and weight may ship independently, by different methods, even if ordered together. Most items will be sent FedEx. Items that are too large or too heavy will be sent by truck.

Unless otherwise stated, freight and shipping fees will be charged for shipments to anywhere in the contiguous United States, using a carrier of our choice.  Other terms apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and export orders.  Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as customer's carrier or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the consignee.  Items backordered from an order qualifying for prepaid shipping charges will be shipped prepaid. 

Collect Shipments - We will gladly ship via your specified carrier however; we will not ship with certain carriers due to poor experience.


Buyer must notify I.T.E.M. inc. of any lost or damaged merchandise within 3 days of product delivery.

Buyer is responsible for the following:
Inspecting shipment for lost or damaged products
Signing the carriers freight bill as short, damaged or incomplete
Obtaining signature of carrier for lost or damaged products
UPS & FedEx guaranteed shipping is guaranteed by UPS & FedEx, not by I.T.E.M. inc.. We do our best to help you track your product once it leaves our location.


All shipments will usually be sent out Ground FedEx or UPS, unless otherwise specified. Rush delivery, such as Next Day Air or Second Day Air, is available upon request.
We do not ship products to any PO Box.
If you decide to return your order, shipping costs are not refundable.

Orders of stock items with rush delivery placed by 12:00 pm will be shipped that day. Orders of stock items with rush delivery placed after 12:00 pm will be shipped the following day. Custom items or non-stock items will be shipped as soon as possible. If your order must ship today, please call 1-757-569-7970 Call for the most up to date and accurate shipping times.
